    • Attempted Murders is "new":  there were 3 cases in 2025 and there is already 1 in 2026
    • Residential Break and Enter, Theft Under $5000, Fraud have increased


    People are reacting by adding security cameras, alarms and other crime deterrents.

    Most of the events in our neighborhood seem to be "crimes of opportunity" although few have been targeted violent crimes.

    YRP will ask you for help when your camera could possibly catch some incident (YRP does not have access to your camera footage).
